I think it's an Otis, because Mitsubishi elevators aren't made in North America much.

How can freight hydraulics require a 100 HP motor (if more than 8000 lbs)?

It also applies to 9000 & 10000 lbs, while 11000-15000 lbs requires 150 HP, and 16000-20000 lbs requires 200 HP.
