  • These are great videos! Thanks for posting!

The open shops are pretty cool! Hope I can visit Japan some day.

  • Woohoo! I love this street. Possibly one day I will walk down it :) Thanks Jess :)

  • Love the atmosphere in this vid.

  • Seems to be a very interesting shopping street---and it's not too long so you can easily walk through. That's great.

  • Cantaloupe on a stick. Only in Japan.

  • i thought ame meant candy? maybe it has more than one meaning..

  • @SteJVideo It also means rain, depends on how you say it, but you were right though. One meaning is candy

  • See the video description! I noted my mistake! ^_^ ame does mean candy, but usually it is written あめ. The sign for the street says アメ which often is short for America アメリカ. Some places that talk about this street say it means one thing and some the other. But yea as the video description says it means Candy Store Alley ^_^

  • I never did walk down Ame Yoko. Nice video, mind you.

  • LOL!!!! I was just about to put Ame yoko on my list of things to do when I visit in October untill I watched the end of this!!! LOL!!! Eh, might be worth it anyways!!! LOL!! That shop keeper seemed like a nice fella.

Awesome video!!! This is the stuff I like to see. Cheers!
