I feel like she is putting on a bit opf an act sometimes, I feel like she is fake. Im not saying that she is a bad person or anything like that, shes probably an amazing person but I feel like the very "soul" that she talks about is something that she struggles to connect with.

The problem with "having soul" or having the capacity to love unconditionally is that one can not neglect taking care of ones self with meditation, prayer,etc If you do not take care of yourself you end up getting sick as a result of the many times various people have taken advantage of you just because you are so forgiving and loving. This can be challenging as you practice unconditional love and you do not begrudge others the benefit of your love. Not easy. & you usually stand alone.

To say that anger and fear are negative emotions, is foolish. Fear exists to keep the creature or person alive, it is obvious why evolution favoured it. And Anger is the emotion, that when felt by those that are reasonable, can initiate positive change. Without anger, we stay complacent, and complaceny is not always good.
