we have enough fossil fuel-- why exploit our county and others for gas/fossil fuel and turn our rural area into an industrial zone---this is where it is going--why not put the focus on alternatives that don't need to change our land and suck it dry--?
I think we should close all natural gas transmission lines, and stop all oil imports and shut down every refinery for one week. I want to see how this person travels and heats and cools her home. I also want to see what she uses for electricity.
so, that's "several" meaning possibly up to ten people working in our couty for this company--and that doesn't make me feel better considering all of the environmental impact in our county to supply a few jobs; pollution is not justified for any amount of jobs--sorry---
Hmmm...could it be because the "15" recently lost a lawsuit?? We have several gas well surrounding our property and our water is fine. We have no issues with the gas companies, well except for one.. The dust kicked up by the trucks. That's all...nothing more. Seems like a few disgruntled people are trying to get rid of the many jobs that the gas companies have brought in for local people. Yes there are out of state people, but those people need to train local jobs.
Yeah they are out of state its cabot!
