Making an intresting impro over a chord progression is easy as pissing, the backing does the work for you. Making an interesting impro over a 1 chord riff like this, is not so easy to not sound like you're repeating yourself over and over.

Get KE2. The black has an ebony fingerboard, original floyd rose, and a SD Jazz in the neck, with the SD JB in the bridge. Includes the case too. It's about 2,100 though. I'm either getting that or a King V for the same price. It's virtually the same electronics, and picks ups. Just different wood, and body shape

@godlikecharacta Call the Jackson Custom Shop. I had one built for me, in 97, and its basically a 24 fret, 2 humbucker version of Marty's guitar minus the Kahler fixed bridge (I had a string through body fixed bridge put on mine). It was also one of the forerunners to the KE2T (non tremolo version of the KE2 which featured an Original Floyd Rose). When the KE1's came out, they were about 2K and even today, one in decent shape commands $1500. Kick in the extra 1500 and have them build you one.
