Hi Tony. Kind of ridiculous that the camera doesn't have a built in intervalometer. A bit of a oversight. I was reading on the forums at dvxuser about the various types of intervalometers people are using. Couldn't Panasonic just do a firmware upgrade which would allow time lapse? Weird that wasn't included.
anything's possible especially in a m4/3 camera, they did release a firmware update already, it allows for the video's shutter speed to go as low as 1/2, but it also restricts you from using 3rd party batteries, and at this point i believe there are no 3rd party panasonic approved alternatives, so you're forced into paying 3 times as much for batteries (that are probably more reliable then most other hong kong batteries anyways)
I live in Nova Scotia my last name is decoste and i went fishing in trenton......

Relaxing video. I read the entry at Wikipedia. Sounds like this town has fallen on hard times.

This is a correct assumption, though it had optimistic beginnings a few hundred years ago. Thanks for watching/posting!

Yeah, it sounds like it was once prosperous. Anyway, really beautiful video/cinematography. And I wish I had a GH1. :)

the GH1 is awesome, but the intervalometer (from hong kong) has since stopped working :(
thanks again for watching/commenting!
