@lucirz Nah, He was Vietnamese his birth place was Saigon and so was his alias "Saigon" Skipper Kelp. I don't know if he was half white but as far as I know he was very proud of his Vietnamese culture..

@damage915 lol i just add skipper on facebook after seeing some of his fights. i pmed him and asked why he used the name "saigon" he it's because his mother is vietnamese and he was also born in saigon. ll so i guess i grew up in vietnam or something

Checked boxrec about this guy. Got very few KO wins. Most of his wins are either SD, UD or MD. Let's all forget about this guy. He's gonna get KO'd the first time he meet a Class B fighter

@ragnorak642 @101ers77 u know that boxing is illegal in vietnam right? pacquiao had alot of training b/c boxing is allowed in the phillipness. the only time you'll see a vietnamese boxer is probably if he is from the U.S.

so unless boxing is allowed in vietnam, you'll never see a vietnamese pacquiao.
