I was pleasantly surprised to see that KFC now has grilled chicken...Their original chicken ruled the roost for a long time, but change is good sometimes...Grilled offers a healthier alternative and it has the KFC name so it must be good...I need to try it.

I just ate moments ago for the first time. I like it, but I like KFC's original (fried) better. The skin is more crispy on the grilled, but it does taste good. Comes in a close second to the KFC's original.

And neither did I.....since these idiots, despite spending millions and millions to bring this to market, haven't bothered to advertise it worth a damn. If Yahoo hadn't run a feature on it, I still wouldn't know as I rarely go into KFC (even though I probably will now, lol).

Here's a clue. If you are going to create new products that attract a new customer base (for example, people watching their weight), you need to let them know.

They haven't started advertising it because they wanted to let the stores get adjust to it. When chicken takes twenty minutes to cook, it's difficult to know when to put it in without making too much or running out.

Besides, you don't have to go inside a KFC to see that they have the grilled chicken. All of them have a lot of signs that you can see just by driving by.

This is a big event for KFC, don't think that they didn't put a lot of thought into their marketing plan!

I'm a Mgr. @ a KFC... This new GRILLED Cicken is some of the best chicken I've tasted! It taste like I took it off my grill at home. Come and try it. (Not trying to promote my store) this is some really good chicken. I hope that you will think the same.
