Again as the video states do it according to how you feel. Rewatch it if you have to, but all teeth act differently so it doesn't matter how often I use it. You do not want to abuse of the product so use a box on a yearly basis.

You do not want to over do it. It's best recommended to use a box once a year or 6 months, not consecutively.

i used crest whitestrips and i used them 2 daily back to back. it all depends on your sensitivity. i got a HUGE result. and am etting complementss left and right. always build upp dont go right off the bat and use them like i did my teeth did get sensitive but theor better now. i HIGHLY recommenddddd

That is why I recommend not using them everyday because it can cause your teeth to feel sensitive. If you stop in between, I believe it won't cause any discoloration, you just need your teeth to relax a bit before using them again. I do use them yearly.

lol thanks. I can't give you an exact number but it stay fairly white for quite some time. The best way to maintain it is to take care of your teeth. I brush/floss/mouthwash everyday my toothpaste is usually the whitening one and I sometimes use to the whitening mouth wash.

One EVEN MORE affordable way is to brush with baking soda. Just put a little on a spoon, wet your toothbrush, and dip it in the baking soda. Just brush and spit it out (Don't swallow. ew.) It will not make your teeth sensitive, and you won't have to wait 30 minutes. Just brush with that, then brush with regular toothpaste. Works great. Tastes salty, but trust me, it tastes better than whitening strips!

they both work the same it's just the time frame you're suppose to use it from is the difference. premium is suppose to be used in 7 days where as classic is used up 14 days but like I said it the video wear to your comfortability. If I had to choose I'd pick classic only because it's cheaper and you pretty much in the end get the same results. ^__^
