@founder3 Thanks! Ha, good idea. I ended up taping down a couple of round pens for it to slide across, so that they had less surface area to grind across- that seemed to work pretty well.
Also, reducing the amount of etchant so that it just barely covers the board seemed to help.
I bet if you greased the table with some crisco or something it would run nice and smoooth haha. Awesome job!
