You're retarded. The 3401 is better, I anxiously await mine to arrive but the PC is a good tool and falls well under the price point of the Flex while offering more versatility with pad selection, which is the Flex's biggest downfall.

Why didn't you just get a rotary. Cuts better and faster than an orbital or a hybrid such as the Flex 3401. Flex makes a very nice rotary. So long as you have some common sense you won't damage paint.
