Discord is one of the best cartoon villians i've seen in awhile.  Not only is he trolltastic, but he took each pony, separated them out, removed their special abilities and got completely inside their minds, even inside twilights. and hes having a freaking party when hes doing it. I expected the first 2 season 2 eps to not be as good as the rest of the show, i was sorely mistaken

Discord is in my opinion one of the best animated villains ever, and the song is one of my absolute favorites. Unfortunately though, the song does not quite fit Discord.  What he does is Chaotic, not evil (there is a difference), and he does it purely for fun. He is, in my opinion, chaotic neutral. Discord creates chaos because he can and he only really does things if they benefit him. He does not really care about anything else.

@Zeektehgeek sounds like classic neutral evil to me. He does whatever he feels like, even if physics doesn't like it. If he feels like it, he will drink the glass and throw away the milk. He will screw up your life, leave you in suffering, even when he could clearly destroy you. Because he can. sure he likes chaos, but it is clearly there to entertain him.
