I also could not find much on the web about the band. I think Celtic Spirit is one off music project started by several studio artists. The album is indeed a compilation of several covers and few new trakcs - among them Ta Muid. It is not a bad "celtic" album, but some tracks lack power...

Yes, I've found the compilation Celtic Dreams, "performed by celtic spirit" only few days ago in the UK. It was released probably in severa versions. If you have chance and luck - go and find the CD sibgle Ta Muid (Lyra), it gas some grea versions of this song on it!

actually the band's name is Celtic spirit and the title of the song is Ta Muid (Lyra on some later versins cos the irish title is difficult to pronounce). From the album Celtic spirit (1998). Sme versions of the album are titled Lyra cos of the popularity of the track.
