Good start for a beginner. I agree with the previous post, you want to sing a bit louder -- add more emotion/passion. Sing it like you wrote the lyrics yourself. Closing your eyes actually helps heighten other senses, and will improve your performance. You did get much better as you got further into the song, showing confidence. A bit more practice will fix all that and the few stumbles in your guitar playing. Keep it up!

your voice sounds like your concentrating on something else in the video your eyes even seem like their focused on something else, if you can play the guitar without looking then clsoe your eyes when you play and concentrate on how the words sound coming out of your mouth and it'll sound great, throw some umph in there chee, cause your guitar playing is allright and you have a beautiful voice you just have to learn how to use it thats all.

Not bad! I'd recommend a few things. Stop palm muting during the 2nd chorus (and down stroking the entire time isn't BAD for this song, but practice alternating). It builds the song up before it drops back down for the following verse (where muting should be resumed). Also, make sure you're hitting an E and not an Em on some of those. Otherwise, nice.
