I am really interested in a workout like this. I see from your shirt you are located in bay ridge and if so i have seen the store CKO kickboxing on 4th avenue i believe. I am a 4 year wrestler and renzo gracie jiu jitsu practitioner and live in brooklyn, would you recommend i go to you ?
my goal is loosing weight and get in shape. i already lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks and i am training 5 days per week. i just feel that i could do less and obtain the same result, i fear i am doing too much, i wonder if i should focus in only one thing, streght or loosing weight.
should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time
for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this
You ever try this? 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups + 15 prisoner squats, as many circuits as you can do in 5 minutes. You can also try doing it as bodyweight intervals; do the 5-10-15, rest 1 minute, then do it 7-11 more times. Doesn't sound all that hard, but believe me after just a few circuits, you'll be sweating!
i only do 2...maybe 3 pusshups . what should i do to better my self ?
