anyone who can help. I have an old g1. haven't used it in over a year and i'm traveling to mexico. The screen is a bit faulty but it works and I want to use it instead of taking my newer android. I don't think i ever unlocked or rooted it. as i remember I disabled all the auto sync and it still worked on wifi as browser, streaming player.. mp3 player- I don't have tmobile obviously and so how can i get a code this much time later? I doubt they can give me # now.. thanks for any help.
@YouGleIt Hi, just saw your post while browsing through some of our customers' videos, so thought we may as well help :) We can 100% still unlock your model using the same system. Time isn't an issue, as your phone's IMEI remains in HTC's database.

For everybody who are complaining that this is not free: It is as free as it gets. I got it for free by completing an offer from the web site - you might not be as lucky.
