Hmmmm, the interesting things are, it seems to hit kids more, it is in a small area of the buildings, and along with the effect they have a sense of some sort of odor at some of these situations, sounds like a directed beam to me that affects the sensory part of the brain in some way. Now I am thinking about this. Could this be from volcanic activity underground as the ground begins to liquify. Sounds alot like too much sulfer and now its in the water killing fish and seeping through the ground. New quakes in new locations and new smells. Its not roses.
