The moon does not have it's own light, we see it cause the sun is there to light it. All I see in this video is the earth blocking the light from the sun and the moon moving on it's orbit. Wow great footage! It looks like someone turning off a light using a dimmer switch! I've been seeing so many things it is rediculous. A green fireball a couple of weeks ago, more falling stars than I have ever seen in my whole life. A rediculous amount. I am not going crazy then! I looked at some houses (about 4km away) through my binoks, got them in focus, I then decided to have a look at the moon, I obviously expected to have to adjust the focus to a more distant object, when I turned the focus, the moon went FURTHER out of focus.. I have a few theories.

1. Another object (ufo, space rock, etc ) in the sky is blocking the Sun on the Moon. It would have to be incredibly large.

2. It is as you said, a Bluebeam projection either of the Moon or onto the Moon.

3. There is a holographic field being projected around the entire earth (or parts of it) which blocks out (or simulates) certain phenomenon. What we saw may be a screen fade or a reset.

I don't agree that the moon is hollow. the Vacuum of space would pull apart a non solid object. As far as the dissapearing act goes, it could be very high altitude cloud which cannot really be seen from the ground especially at night (ice crystals) or it could be a low level layer of pollution, or even a mixture of both.There really is no way the moon can disappear. I know about bluebeam but there have been cave paintings of the moon and bluebeam was not around then.

Analysis of lunar seismic data tells us the thickness of the crust approx (45 km) and mantle, as well as the core radius (350 km). If this theory is correct, you would perceive it as white slowly changing color, eliminating blue, green, other colors and the last visible color is red. Then there is infrared, which we can see. I would try to use infracamera to check the theory. It should be there at least for some time after visibly dissapearing.

I might have an explanation. In physics we were told that due to the curvature of the earth, it is possible to see sun rises and sunsets approximately hour before/after it actually rises/sets above the horizon. The visual position of the sun is therefore different than we actually see it. After some consideration my guess is that it is an optical illusion caused by the shadowing of the moon as the earth spins might cause some loss of light to the moon (shadowing) providing the ILLUSION... In video,the moon is located on edge of sky,not high in sky like it is at night.It could be when moon is 1st "appearing" in evening,or when it's starting to "disappear" for the day, in early morning.The moon "disappears" at a certain time everyday anyway which is why we don't see a full moon sitting in the high sky at same time we see sun in sky.This footage could be one of those moments capturing the moon when it's "appearing" for night or "disappearing" for day?What time was footage captured?
