  • Smokey passed away yesterday which we are all so sad about. Smokey was such a great rabbit and will be missed.

  • i started rabits at age 7 and i was better than her......j/p.....she was pretty good. but in Rabbit showmanship you are supposed to tell about your rabbit while you are shoe\wing it. like the front veiw of my rabbit.....the right/left view of my rabbit....the rear view of my rabbit...and stuf rather than just showing the rabbit. I am in 4-H and i am going to be posting vids of me and the fair and all of the preperation i do....this is my name

  • Ryan,

This is a video of my daughter a few years ago and this was actually her very first time to ever show her rabbit. During the novice group Shawnee won a 3rd place ribbon and then she moved up to the Senior level and won a 5th place ribbon which I thought was great for her very first time showing her rabbit "SMOKEY"!!

  • im sorry if i came off harsh, i meant like i was saying what i was doing, not how i could do better.....lol....sorry : )

  • How old are you? That's wonderful you are so successful at showing your rabbit just starting out.

  • Hey!

    Super cute bunny!

    Im in 4-h too!

Mine was a dwarf and his name was smokey also!

But he died on chrismas eve at nine months. :(

Hope you did O.K with the results!

  • me abrunelle? I show in the Washington State circuit.

  • That's the same for me, except all the kids show together by division: novice goes by the divisons as well; We only have to wear black and white

  • ya same here where do you show?

  • Shawnee shows her rabbit in San Mateo, California and other shows.

  • This actually isn't called showmanship. It's called fitting and showing. Also, it's usually done by groups - novice, primary or junior, intermediate, senior.

  • Greetings from rabbit showman Boise Idaho.

it's called showmanship and the novices and juniors show in groups but the intermediate senior advance senior and FFA single. WE don't have to wear 4-H uniforms just black and white.

    -Gwen Jr Champion Rabbit Showman

  • Yes, this is called showing your rabbit. Shawnee actually won 3rd place in the novice, and 2nd place in the intermediate and then 5th place in the senior catagory. All of this happened the very first time she showed her rabbit.

  • cool I won champion showman ( that's first in, novice, ju ior, intermediate, and third in senior) it was my first year too

  • This is a great video of Shawnee.
