  • I followed your directions for my 2009 Sienna, but now my existing remote, plus the new one, will not open the sliding doors on either side of the van. Is there an alternate sequence for remotes with sliding doors? I notices your remotes have those buttons, but you never tried them. Any help?

  • This is great! I really wish I could find instructions for my 2010 Sequoia Platinum. :( I really hate the idea of paying the dealer $80 for something that takes 1 minute and 52 seconds.

  • How do you program the transponder key?

My dealer wants $75 for each key, $175 for the remote, plus $50 to program each device!

  • What about the rear doors or the liftgate?

  • hi if i had 2 keys already programmed to a camry and if i want to program my key from my toyota rav 4 that we have, would i be able to just add this one key to the camry with out needing all 3 keys for camry? in other word, if i program this new key for camry, would the 2 keys that were programed be erased?

  • why do u need to program i mean when !!!????

  • thanks alot...it works for my 2007 sienna

  • Dan....You are AWESOME! I lost my whole set of keys with my remote. I called the Toyota dealership and it was $175 for the remote itself and another $50 for them to program it as that was "the only way to do it". I looked on Youtube and found your video. I have to be honest....I thought it was too good to be true and that it wouldn't work if I ordered a remote off of Ebay. Regardless, I gave it a try. $17 for the remote, $5 for shipping, and this video and it works!!! Thanks for sharing!

  • Thank you man, this is a money saver. Nice job!!!

  • Awesome video. We have a 2004 LE Sienna and all of a sudden, the remotes don't work. We have to use the keys to lock and unlock from the outside.

I've tried the steps numerous times and the lock never resets at the end. Any ideas?

  • Awesome video! Do you have any idea how to program a remote for a 1998 Toyota Corolla would it be the same format?

  • Yes, thank you very much. I can't believe the dealership would charge so much. I was having other work done and thought they would do it easily for much less.

  • Thank very much, the dealership almost stole. $110.00 for programing. They claim it takes about one hour and have to use computer for programing! A big tipoff!

  • @olivewooddr damn, lol my dealer wanted 220! for a 2000 celica, im waiting on a fob i got for $20 and then hoping this works!
