Don't blame the camerafolks, they are just getting the shots the director tells them to.

The missing face is due to a crappy format conversion. It was filmed in Widescreen, and then trimmed to fit standard 4:3, which cuts the sides off. The compositing (specified by the director) didn't take this into consideration, and they didn't fix it later by shifting the image to fit the new width.

I don't need to see his mug anyway, and well, his voice just makes Adele sound that much better! :)

I don't thin its the camera man. This links aspect ratio is wrong 4:3 and cropping the video. It should be 16:9 search Adele and Darius Rucker, there are other versions that look correct.

Nothing to do with the cameraman. This was recorded in widescreen, the OP either chopped it or received it chopped off in standard format. Cameraman is framing shots to the left, standard operating procedure.

What makes this video brilliant for me at first is the cuts to Lady Antebellum. Seeing the creator's faces of admiration at their own song is unexplainably what life's emotions are all about.
