Under Cain's plan, there will be no more write-offs, which are crucial to small business success. A regressive tax is the worst type of tax. I love Herman, but not his tax plan. I want police and fire fighters to be safe as well, should we pull them out of high risk areas? Call them back when things don't go as planned? Cut their funding so that they are unable to engage in dangerous situations to begin with? Then why do this for the military?
