there is no violations of the Laws of thermodynamics here.

It works,easiest retrofit is to older style engines,and diesel engines,because modern fuel injection uses Oxygen sensors to adjust fuel flow rates to the incoming air,and since there is one part O to every 2 H's in the 'water gas' the engine management see's more O coming in and ups the fuel ratio.

you seperate hydrogen and oxygen using a less than efficient alternator,add that to the petrol or diesel burn in a less than efficient internal combustion,and you get an extremely fast flame front thru vapour in the cylinder head.

this increases the total amount of fuel burnt before exhaust therefor decreasing the amount of unburnt fuel ejected.

it follows that if your completing the burn then you dont need to put as much petrol/diesel in to acheive the same amount of work.
