Liquid Nitrogen Doesn't Melt, It goes from Liquid to gas. The reason Liquid Nitrogen is so cold is because it can only be condensed into liquid at a very, very low temperature. That is why you see all those vapor like stuff rising from the table when he pours it out, It is to hot for it to stay liquid. So it turns into gaseous Nitrogen, which makes up 80% of the air we breath.
Does anybody know the temperature at which Liquid Nitrogen freezes into Dry Ice?
