  • God bless you and I pray for you to be able to enjoy your new life for a very, very long time! I will be screened for lung transplant soon, because I have end stage emphysema ... When accepted on the waiting list and if a donor comes in time, I will be given one new lung, not two. This way with one donor they can help two patients. Did you have CF or emphysema ? How was the surgery and recovery? Thanks for answering, a fellow lung patient from Holland, Europe!
