this is amazing, i am a singer and i have TMJ but i started massaging my jaw vigorously almost at any time i had time too throughout the past two days and i have noticed a HUGEEEE difference i can now release my jaw and open wide for singing, my digastric muscles still on the effect tmj side slightly engage , but im starting to focus hard on deep massaging them, is that a good idea? in singing your not suppose to have them engage at all. thats what i want to achieve any advice?
