  • what so proud to own the origin status ? and it is preposterous to say malaysian claim everything ....

im malaysian and im not saying durian from malaysia,

so silence is better than unmeaning word

  • is there any THINGS actually belong to Malaysians they always claim

  • cool advertising.. and i love that man! :D

  • น่ารักอ่ะ

  • Durian is originated from USA and Ford Ranger originated from Malaysia and YouTube originated from Thailand. Happy??

  • The durian is native to Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia and has been known to the Western world for about 600 years. Although the durian is not native to Thailand, the country is currently one of the major exporters of durians growing 781,000 tonnes while Malaysia and Indonesia follow, both producing about 265,000 tonnes, READ THE WIKIPEDIA PEOPLE!! And if i were you guys i wanna argue about Ford :p

  • wtf? u guys like really arguing about durian? durian can be found in southeast Asia..its just by chance its named using malay word 'duri' (thorn)..if its in malay, u cant simply claim its from malaysia..its like this, if u're a malaysian, n u named your kids as Aharon or Reznik, that doesnt mean that ure kids are jews.. i'm malay n i know that the person that came out with that stupid statement is meleis..meleis is the term that we use for the stupid dumb fuck malay..

  • u wana say malay claim everything? go look koeans

  • Malaysia is a THIEF country... yeah. they always claim everything... pathetic.

  • whats with the fruits origin issue here? makes no sense.

  • Lol, durians do exist in thailand too.

  • durian is a south-east asia fruit , okay ? durians were probably already everywhere in Asia before human decide to draw the boarder lines for each country.

  • actually durian is from malaysia. But the really durian that sell in western country is from thailand becuase the malaysian's durian doesn't taste good.

  • durian is from malaysia u son of a bitch.

  • I'm a Malay Malaysian. Dude... seriously ilenization was right! We claim freaking everthing! I know that Durians, Rambutans etc came from Malay words. But do you even know that 'takraw' came from a Thai word? And now sepak takraw is now our national sport. Thailand knows how to share it with us and you can't even let them put durians in there? + We buy most of our fruits from Thailand.

BTW: I LOVE ALL OF SE ASIA!

  • Durian is from Malaysia? HA ha ha ha

I have no wonder if in the next 20 years , Malaysian wil claim that Tomyumkung is their food ..... ha ha ha

  • @911trueman The durian is native to Brunei and Malaysia. There is some debate as to whether the durian is native to the Philippines, or was introduced..The name durian comes from the Malay word duri (thorn) together with the suffix -an (for building a noun in Malay).

  • I was a malaysian. seriously, malaysians need to get their facts right! Durian is from malaysia?LOL. The whole land is linked to Thailand. Bodoh! Get a life man. Bikin Malu. everything is borrowed from other countries. If you are dark skin does that mean malays belong to the indonesians? Can't deny the fact that once upon a time, malays do come from indonesia.

  • durian is from malaysia???? bugger....

why malaysian people always claim everything...????

  • @ilenization As always my friend, fuckin malaysian!

  • @ilenization Durian comes from the word "Duri" which means "thorn" in Malay. And it's the word used all over the world, even in Thai (ทุเรียน). So as much as I would love not to be the usual Malaysians who claim everything is ours, please don't take the durian from us. It might not be much, but we'd appreciate it if you stop denying us everything that's rightfully ours. That said, anyone can still enjoy the durian.

  • @kahunadepalma I think u ought to know, only 4 words are original Malay words, the rest of the Malay vocabulary comes from other races and cultures. The Malay civilization is very young, 500 years plus while others around us have existed for thousands of years. I am a malay and I am proud of who I am.

  • One of the Malays unique traits is adaptability same can be said for the thais, because we are such a young civilazation we accepts and adapts easily to other cultures. And for that same reason, Malaysia is one of the unique country that can hosts different ethnic groups while preserving each races unique identity Many other countries solve this cultural difference by slowly erasing racial uniqueness, Malaysia preserve ethnic uniqueness, the reason why we have so many public holidays :)

  • Come to Malaysia :) we have Deepavali, Chinese New Year, Eid, Ramadhan, Wesak, Thaipusam, Gawai Kaamatan, Christmas, celebrations of the many cultures of the world. In Malaysia a chinese are not called Edward not the Indians call John, We are a variety of people, Ah Chong, Muthusamy, Ahmad, Lilian, Epoi, all races still maintaining their ethnic identity and living together peacefully (some glitches along the way though) What is freedom all about :) it's being who u really are.

  • @ilenization The durian is native to Brunei and Malaysia. There is some debate as to whether the durian is native to the Philippines, or was introduced..The name durian comes from the Malay word duri (thorn) together with the suffix -an (for building a noun in Malay).

  • @ilenization Agree that's the problem with a "certain race" here in Malaysia. Always claiming everything originates from here in Malaysia or them... They forgot they originate from Sumatra, Indonesia!

  • we also have durian in the philippines..

  • We are gang chinjang !! LOL

  • what the hell ahahah

  • The best part was at 1:33

  • i really love asian commercials,lol

    -malaysian

  • Is durian ordinate from Thai

  • @whitesnowable i think durian exist in southeast asia,we hv it here also in malaysia

  • @93Izzati Durian is actually a Thai fruit , same as Rambutan but you know you can take the seeds and plant them almost anywhere so..now the fruits are all over the world.

  • @azncoolest yeah, that's right,i threw the rambutan seed in the front yard and it grew into a tree! :D

    i really love rambutan♥

  • @93Izzati wtf u sure its that easy? o.o

  • @XTrevvion yes! but only small tree.i pulled it from the soil..just small one, still young.but i threw it away (-_-")

  • ไม่ขำแฮะ 6(=__=

  • F.O.R.D =FIX OR REPAIR DAILY.

  • Throwing Durian lmao

  • xDDD It's good to see someone have so much faith in American made products.

  • In Thailand, Ford always create Ads'massage that told themself better that Japan car.

  • This thai commercial, Chin-Jans were just a funny costume. All they say are Thai.

and the guy speaks North-East Thai before he changed to Ford Ranger.

  • they all arre thais the robberrires speak thai

  • is there anything wrong with a FOrd Ranger???,,, im thinkin buying one

And this ad doesnt really convince me to buy one

  • I can't speak about the diff Ford Rangers in the world but I do know the amercian versions of the Ford Ranger has always been a solid truck.

  • @samartz theyre decent trucks...just dont tow or climb long uphill grades in 5th as the pilot shaft seems to be a weak link in the gearbox (tore up mine in a 2000 ranger) and if buying used make sure to keep an eye on fluid levels in the radiator, loss of fluid could mean a cracked cylinder head (had the same prob on my 2000 also) but u cant beat them for the price so i bought a well maintained 2003 to replace the abused 2000 i had

  • crazy asians

  • @Ninjapoptart1 even our asians crazy but our asains commercial better than urs

  • LOL

  • Extreme exaggarating.

  • HaHAHAha

  • เหอๆ ของเค้าพังหมด

  • Good video!

  • 0:04 Shin-Chan is in that photo shoot with the robbers! LOL XD

  • it's the super stinky fruit in the back that makes the Ford tough for me! whew I'd run if a truckload of that was after me!

  • โคตรบ้าระห่ำเลย -*-

  • I think the place is southern Thai and the hero guy speaks Thai fluently, so he must be Thai, I'm sure... Even so, the robberies are Japanese? At the beginning scene they speak Japanese and look like Japanese students... To sum up, a Thai hero chases three young Japnaese bank robberies in southern Thai......ummm....... but so funny!

  • whats that gonna do with the ad?

  • is that man who drive ford is malay?

  • Why do u think he is? I don't know, honestly.

  • There are some reason that I thought he a Malay...

First, his dress when he sell Durian on the street market look like typical South Thai Malay and Kelantanese (The North East State of Malaysia).

Second, as far that i know and concern, truly siamese got fairer skin than Malay including South Thai Malay.

Anyway, that just my opinion and I'm Malaysian and seriously I have no idea Thailand celebrity and of cource I don't know either he malay or truly siamese, that why I'm asking. tq. :-)

  • Yep, I agree, he does look like Malay. I think, he's from southern most part of Thailand, not from Malaysia anyway.

  • Anyway, are you Thais? If you do, you should know what his name and his ethnic. :-)

  • Yep I'm Thai. Unfortunately, I dunno him.

  • His dress the way south culture did.

South thai is near to malay so they are dress exactly the same.
