well that teaches us that young boys deserve a good ol' fashion whooping every now and then (of course if the deserve it and if they're caught on action). Maybe that will knock some sense into them.
fuck the trampolin! i wants the fucking CAR! if you don't punish your fucking child when they do something WRONG, they will grow up and do that same shit 10 years later. oh lord i pray my child steals someone's car and lie to me, he's gonna be so fucking hating life, NO TV, NO IPHONE, chores for 2 weeks and me sleeping in the same damn room as my son! LIFE SUCKS HUH
When the kid's had to hold up both their hands and keep them in the air, I was laughing so hard... I was just saying to myself, there's your future you little brats, get use to being told to put your hands in the air.
"i have a trampoline in my backyard. ALl the neighbourhood kids come in and jump on it and no one asks to jump on that" Lol So what your saying is because you let any nob head use your stuff, every one elses stuff HAS to go under the same rules even if they havnt said it?
Toney looks like he's going to turn out OK. Christopher looks like he's going to grow up and go on a rampage before turning the gun on himself... Not a happy young man.
Those mothers dont get it. They say "They had every intention of bringing it back..." like they are entitled to just borrow whatever they want without permission. They are doing their kids a terrible disservice to side with them on this.
@iRockagainst Why wouldn't they ? Those things are pretty expensive. Besides it's a good lesson for the kids, Don't take things that don't belong to you.
@iRockagainst It sounds like it is one of those battery operated Jeep deals that drives like a real car with gas brake etc. hence the $385 price tag. it wasn't like a hot wheel.
@iRockagainst An expensive motorized toy car. The reason is that people refuse to do the right thing and need to be sued. That is the real problem - lack of morality and unwillingness to take responsibility. Many, many parents make excuses for their children's behavior rather than accepting the consequences of their child's misdeeds. When I have a kid if he stole something I'd make restitution and make my son work it off. Parents shouldn't shield their kids from consequences..
What is wrong with these mothers!! Do they really hate their sons so much that they want to encourage them to be career criminals? And where are the fathers? Why aren't they getting involved?
Simple: Marry a man, get kids. Divorce him. Take half his stuff. Let him pay alimony and child support. Get custody of kids. Tell the judge he molests kids to deny him visitation.
@omnissience The ironic thing is, no matter how many studies show that children (boys in particular) are seriously harmed by the absence of Fathers, feminists and governments continue to put obstacles in the way of men being in their children's lives.
Now some men are just pathetic when they choose not to be in their children's lives...BUT when bureaucrats make it incredibly difficult, or treat men like cash donkey's for women with children, it's the children who are fucked!
The kid in black seems like a good kid even though the mother is a stupid excuse making parent, the kid in the grey I'm not sure if he'll make it. I think if the kid in the grey was testifying by himself we would have seen a classic judge judy interogation that destroys the liar
@HaloToday Are we watching the same video. It's clear that of the two of them, the one in the black is the bad influence. The kid in the gray had to keep looking at him before he raised his hand. That means he's following his lead, not the other way around.
@BlueRonin44 I see it differently. The kid in black (Toney) told the truth the whole time. Thieves and liars don't do that. The kid in grey (Chris) was reluctant to tell the truth on his own. Although it might mean that he was following the leader, it is more likely that he was unwilling to tell the truth at all and didn't want to be the one to take the whole rap. At this age they are hopefully just misguided. Stupid things we do at 13 shouldn't haunt us forever..
These boys are really cute. Toney seems to be the most willing to admit that he lied and seems to be ashamed, which is good. Hopefully this experience will set him on the right path. His friend Chris however was not willing to admit he lied until Toney first admitted it. That's the kind of kid that will break the law with you but then run home when it's time to pay the piper and put the wrap on you. The worst thing is that the mothers are justifying their behavior rather than punishing them.

those mothers still didn't get it??? "borrowing" is based on asking for "permission"...so if someone walked into their home/property and took their television without their permission under "borrowing" they would'nt mind then?? america! why are you raising little cunts?
her trampoline analogy at the end is just ridiculous to try and compare. i wish i could tell her to stfu! yea the issue was taken out of proportion because u parents are idiots who didn't have ur children take responsibility for STEALING the toy car. they shouldn't have needed to return it because they never should've touched it in the first place! godddd parents like this annoy the f outta me!
Toney seems to have a good heart. He's just not receiving proper discipline. Hopefully he has a dad or a strong male role model that can get through to him and set him straight before he gets too much older. The older kids get the harder it is to teach them and I am speaking from direct personal experience in myself. My parents can't teach me anything :o)
That Tony Taylor is a smart kid who's drifting in the wrong direction. I hope he can find a stronger anchor in life other than his disturbed and unworldly mother. With a proper education and motivation he could be successful.
I can understand Mrs Taylor's motherly duty to stick by and defend her son. I wonder how many times she'll have to stand next to his side in court before she figures out that doesn't necessarly mean she's a good (or bright) mother. This kid is going to be TROUBLE - you can see it in his face.
@sddweller All I can see in his face is an incipient mental illness. Don't judge this poor kid, please, because he's not going to have an easy life, and his mother is in for a hellish time with him. Check out my comment below.
Toney, poor kid, has exactly the look of an older kid I knew who was diagnosed as an incurable schizophrenic. Over-bright, very articulate, always well groomed, but beyond redemption. I have real compassion for him and his mother because they have such bad times ahead.
@theinsanelogic I agree, but the medication has to be taken as prescribed, and the treatment sought and adhered to. The parents of the young person I mentioned were in complete denial. They blamed everybody and everything, I'm sure you know what I mean.
@Buondelmonte123 i agree with you there, it is a long hard road. i know too well. but there is hope, if all involved take proper responsibility and are willing to work hard. that is way too rare these days :(
Even after the case was over those two mothers were still defending what their boys did! They're going to be visiting their boys in jail someday soon.
Gee, Tony (the boy wearing the black shirt) has a really bright future. Still in primary school and already he has stolen property, lied about the theft, deceived others and picked locks. Let's reserve a prison cell for him well in advance.
@SSBBify These are the average parents failing to teach their children right and wrong. Being an enabler is just as bad as being the "enabled" one, especially if the enabler is a parent.
What a stupid, bitter woman: "No kids gonna play on my trampoline. They don't ask." So its okay for your kid not to ask, but everyone else has to? I can't believe she doesn't see that her kid is a problem. Big time.
OMG!! Stop making excusses ur kids stole the little car just pay for it and shut up!! These ladys have the worst case of Denial!! Teach them a lesson dont make an sorry ass excuse and no one wants to jump on your dame trampoline!!
Way to teach kids right from wrong, I can see at some point one or both getting into serious trouble and the dumb mothers will be there saying "they didn't mean it"
Wrong, a trampoline is a different story because no kids can steal it and it is strong so anyone can jump on it, not like the car your son ruined that belonged to a little girl
I love how the defendant says that children don't ask to play on her trampoline. If a child is injured on her trampoline she'll get sued again for having it unfenced and available to neighborhood children. Gotta love that people don't know how to teach their child to be responsible for their actions.
Good job, moms. Keep using the word "borrow" after you know for a fact your kids are thieves. They'll continue to misbehave as long as their parents are there to bail them out. Oh well. Prison guards need to work, too.
i have only just starting watching some Judge judy after seeing a ridiculous case about a girl who died in a car accident on a womans property. Its amazing how Judge judy doesnt really need to use the law. 90% of the time, she is using common sense, which shows how many people dont have common sense. Respect to Judge judy for exposing ignorance and stupidity
Stupid lady - they never removed the trampoline from her property so that is not the same thing. In any case, the fact you fail to enforce your rights over your property by not removing the children does not mean someone else waives their rights. In others it doesn't mean she allowed your children can remove their possessions.
They were going to play with it then return it. Oh come on, dumb bitches can't understand the concept of 'private' property. I swear that it's dumbass parents who raise their children to become little shits who can't understand what's their's and not.
Well, everyone wants to believe the best of their own children. Have you seen the video with the woman who pulled her six-year-old off the ball field screaming and crying? SHE is a bad mother. Now these boys do need to scrub some floors...
This case clearly demonstrates that it's not our children but it's some dumb parents who make trouble around. Sadly, it's likely that those children will grow up and become the same type of parents. So sad. I mean, so fucking sad.
The mother going on about a trampoline is a complete moron! Mark my words her son will be in trouble with the law many times! Kid doesn't stand a chance with a mother like that!! That community should recognize that child isn't being parented properly and try to help mentor the boy. Parents aren't the only ones who raise children, it's also the community.
I grew up in the 1960s & back in those times all children were considered guilty til proven otherwise. & even when proven innocent, you still got in trouble for putting yourself in the way of possible guilt. While it seems unfair, it's a good system; children don't have an adult sense of resposibility & it lets them know that someone is always keeping an eye on their morals. How else are kids supposed to learn? they are blank slates, for goodness sake! It takes effort to learn to do right!
this is totally depressing. You listen to the judge's good sens, her intelligence of the situation feels great, then you get outside with the grown ups and their mindlessly stupid bitterness rip off yours hopes for a better world : (
the mothers still don't get it... BORROWING is ASKING someone to use it... these kids didnt ASK anyone.... stupid ass mothers making excuses for their kids. They should have their fingers or a hand chopped off.
Tony's gonna be a problem, Chris is just a follower
either way both idiots with idiot mothers......don't you just love parents who make excuses for their kids when they act a fool...JJ whupped their asses
If you break something you borrowed, wouldn't you replace it or pay for it? It shouldn't matter whether it was borrowed or stolen -- it was destroyed and should be replaced. Stupid mothers.
defendents are all white trash, hopefully the two little fuckwads will die before they get a chance to breed and bring more losers into the world, the one mother looks like the results of inbreeding
@jacobsmomma1000 If she thinks that's gonna solve her problem, she's dead wrong. After all, her son seems to be very good with lock picks. The police will say the same in their reports within a few years when Toney is arrested for robbery and GTA.
As much as a little shit as that kid on the left is what kind of lock does his brother have on his door in a house? At best a normal inside door that has a lock can be picked with a knitting needle.
This isn't some laser cut lock that requires retina scans just a pissy bedroom door.
That said kid on the left will always be a piece of shit, kid on the right is spineless, a good kid on his own but a coward when it comes to peer pressure.
I love the way Judy made them put both hands in the air. That sent them the message that what they did was a crime. They were criminals that were busted.
Hopefully this trial taught them and their mothers a good lesson, in such a way that they'll grow up to be righteous men.
We can only hope for the best though. If these mothers keep being passive and creating excuses for their sons, they will, eventually, be putting their hands up for the police.
@sucrilhus Damn right, tens toda a razão. Tens um canal porreiro; também faço algumas covers, mas é quase tudo com guitarra e infelizmente não sou grande músico, ao contrário de ti. Fica bem.

PandKb 3 months ago 2
Good job, moms. Keep using the word "borrow" after you know for a fact your kids are thieves. They'll continue to misbehave as long as their parents are there to bail them out. Oh well. Prison guards need to work, too.
BlueRonin44 3 months ago 2
seriously, JJ needs to deal with a lot more bratty kids, the world would be a hell of a better place!!
lollypop430 3 months ago 2
@lollypop430 Or parents.. The parents of these kids lied about 3 times and told their kids to lie.

i have only just starting watching some Judge judy after seeing a ridiculous case about a girl who died in a car accident on a womans property. Its amazing how Judge judy doesnt really need to use the law. 90% of the time, she is using common sense, which shows how many people dont have common sense. Respect to Judge judy for exposing ignorance and stupidity
hughlowther 3 months ago
The little boy in black is actually a good kid. He's quick to own up to his actions. JJ was kinda tough on them but it's a good thing.

@ZeeJeff Ditto. I wonder how Moms would feel if I borrowed her car.

Well, everyone wants to believe the best of their own children. Have you seen the video with the woman who pulled her six-year-old off the ball field screaming and crying? SHE is a bad mother. Now these boys do need to scrub some floors...
misslavenderrose 2 months ago
@ZeeJeff
I take it back. The moms were still defending their kids at the end with those bogus stories...very bad example for the boys.

This case clearly demonstrates that it's not our children but it's some dumb parents who make trouble around. Sadly, it's likely that those children will grow up and become the same type of parents. So sad. I mean, so fucking sad.
AbelKim27 3 months ago
The mother going on about a trampoline is a complete moron! Mark my words her son will be in trouble with the law many times! Kid doesn't stand a chance with a mother like that!! That community should recognize that child isn't being parented properly and try to help mentor the boy. Parents aren't the only ones who raise children, it's also the community.
rblondie37 4 months ago
@rblondie37 I like your idea of the Community mentoring the defendant's son. Hopefully, the right people will stumble across your comment!

It takes effort to learn to do right!
rustydog1236 4 months ago
this is totally depressing. You listen to the judge's good sens, her intelligence of the situation feels great, then you get outside with the grown ups and their mindlessly stupid bitterness rip off yours hopes for a better world : (

You have to have a license to go fishing, but anyone who can f**k for 17 seconds gets to have children.

If you break something you borrowed, wouldn't you replace it or pay for it? It shouldn't matter whether it was borrowed or stolen -- it was destroyed and should be replaced. Stupid mothers.

Who the hell cares about your stupid trampoline!?!
jacobsmomma1000 4 months ago
@jacobsmomma1000 If she thinks that's gonna solve her problem, she's dead wrong. After all, her son seems to be very good with lock picks. The police will say the same in their reports within a few years when Toney is arrested for robbery and GTA.
xubarze 4 months ago
As much as a little shit as that kid on the left is what kind of lock does his brother have on his door in a house? At best a normal inside door that has a lock can be picked with a knitting needle.
This isn't some laser cut lock that requires retina scans just a pissy bedroom door.
That said kid on the left will always be a piece of shit, kid on the right is spineless, a good kid on his own but a coward when it comes to peer pressure.

I love the way Judy made them put both hands in the air. That sent them the message that what they did was a crime. They were criminals that were busted.
sucrilhus 5 months ago
@sucrilhus Wanna bet this won't be the last time they'll put their hands up? Next time it will be in front of the police.
xubarze 4 months ago
@xubarze

Fica bem.
