well i think it is a good thing that u keep up the good work u are do in i use to be 306 when i was between 16 and 22 i lost it by loseing it slowly now im 36 butt i still have strech marks but im in shape it takes love for your self and very hard work outs but i did it u can do it
your diet should be made up of 60% carbs 30% protein and 10% fat its that simple and no junk food period and if you got any energy left after your training then try to do some weights too
want to be thin then just run a few hours every second or third day i know your properly lazy this is how you got to where you are now so if you want that killer body this is the best natural way to do it,dont bother with diets there for lazy people
u can lose weight .... i lost 10 kgs .....eat less but more frequently small helpings ....drink more water and fluids and pls note avoid colas etc and curd is best but add water and shake it bet thing for morning .... you may take just anything liquid diet helps .... vegetarianism helps .... and raw vegan best .... take laxatives twice a week .....record and keep track of your progress and watch these videos it sure helped me

i used to be very overwieght but luckily i lost most of the wieght when i was going through a growth spurt/pueberty. Cardio is key, you're not gunna loose anything unless you get your heart rateup. It also helps because if you're trying to loose wieght in all areas (your arms, legs, stomach) you just have to do some abbs or arm excercises. Also STREATCH. you'll bulk up if you don't. Try yoga too, it's so good for you. Maybe even try bikrim. oh, and drink LOTS OF WATER.

Consume less calories than you expend. I lost 50 pounds by sleeping in and not eating unless I knew I was hungry. Didn't lift a finger.
