But, a scheduling conflict overtook and she came back unintentionally late and Summit sacked her when she reached the sets - claiming they were offended by her delay. They gave her the sack and accused her of lacking cooperative spirit, claiming to the media - and Bryce was hired... that ugly, disgusting Bryce.
don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the new Victoria, but i liked the old one as well, she seemed to fit the books description better as 'feline' the new Victoria tries to pull it off, and she does well, its just that the old Victoria did it a little better.

Honestly, when I saw Twilight, I did not notice Victoria. But at the end, when she turns by the window, I seriously caught my breath at how beautiful she was. When the credits were rolling I held my breath. She took my breath away. I sat through New Moon paralyzed by her beauty. Eclipse sucked!!!!!

Picking someone who has close features over performance isnt the best thing to do. Although when rachelle was cast i personally thought she did look like a certain bryce dallas howard.

New Moon was good because I love Jacob, and seeing Taylor lautner take his shirt off is always a good thing. Eclipse was my favorite book and it looks like it'll be my favorite movie in the saga. But so far I like each movie as much as Iiked each book. Common, it's no Harry Potter, but enjoyable nontheless.

I have mixed feelings on this. A ten day conflict is NOT something to fire someone over, so I completely feel like Summit is at fault here. However, I had always been disappointed with Rachelle as Victoria, so perhaps it will be a good change.
My whole take on this is.. well.. I liked Rachelle. I am willing to see how Bryce does in this movie though. So I pass no judgements. Anyhow, Victoria dies in this film anyway. Summit wanted to save money by using Bryce instead of Rachelle.That makes me angry considering how much this franchise gets.Rachelle should have maybe not taken the independant film,but Summit (greedy bastards) should have worked with Rachelle to fit her in considering the scenes were so short anyhow.
I liked Eclipse but because of the recast didn't love it!

there filming days over laped 2 weeks. so sumit fired her because of 2 weeks. tho they spend months filming. i think it was realy dumb

I thought the new Victoria did wonderful. It really doesn't make much difference anyway since she gets killed. The old on had very few lines in both movies, so you really didn't know much about her to be making this big of a deal out of it. I liked the new Victoria more, I guess is what I'm trying to get at. But seriously, who cares?

i loved the old victoria.. and when i heard they were getting a new one i was so dissapointed. i watched the trailer and i thought 'are you serious? she looks like someone trying to make a parody of eclipse.' but when i watched the film two days ago, i thought, 'dang it, she's so good at this, she's probably the best victoria there will ever be.' so don't say that the new one sucks until you've watched the film guys!

@mavisjfirfd Actually, thats only the girls who saw the movie, and didn't read the book. Jacob is more fun and down to earth. I don't see how Robert Pattinson's over warpped head and sprayed on abs can be considered attractive. He looks weird, and he acts weird to.

@mavisjfirfd I almost agree. The book Edward is way less creepier, and a bit more gangstah. The twilight movie wasn't good at all to me except that I got to see the characters. New Moon was good because I love Jacob, and seeing Taylor lautner take his shirt off is always a good thing. Eclipse was my favorite book and it looks like it'll be my favorite movie in the saga. But so far I like each movie as much as Iiked each book. Common, it's no Harry Potter, but enjoyable nontheless.

I have mixed feelings on this. A ten day conflict is NOT something to fire someone over, so I completely feel like Summit is at fault here. There was obviously some sort of misunderstanding...what actress in her right mind would want to put herself in a situation like that? I also hate when they recast actors mid saga...drives me insane! However, I had always been disappointed with Rachelle as Victoria, so perhaps it will be a good change.

My whole take on this is.. well.. I liked Rachelle. I am willing to see how Bryce does in this movie though. So I pass no judgements. Anyhow, Victoria dies in this film anyway. So it's not like Bryce will stick around. Though only thing is, I think Rachelle looks wilder than Bryce, but that's just my opinion.

Bryce Dallas Howard was the first Victoria that they'd picked anyway. I don't remember why she passed, but she did. Rachelle was just an understudy who got lucky. Not that I don't think she did well as Victoria, I'm just excited to see how Bryce does as the original choice for Victoria.
