Mr. X is the same thing as the Tyrant boss from RE1, only he's not as fucked up. (there are like four tyrant types: T001 aka "Prototyrant"=RE0 , T002 aka "Tyrant"=RE1, T003 aka "Mr. X"=RE2, and Nemesis is also a form of Tyrant, all of them are made by injecting people with the T-Virus (the "T" in T-Virus stands for Tyrant))

Okay so if you're injected with the T-virus you turn into a Tyrant? And you turn into a zombie if it's spread airborn? But I heard if you inject yourself with the G-virus you keep mutating into a stronger monster.

Your not supposed to pick anything up until you get to the police station. You then see a zombie Brad Vickers in the tunnel below. He's a hard zombie and when you kill him, you get a key. You use it in the save room under the police station stairs on the lockers to get the costume.
