If you lift the back wheels when you flick the flywheel you should find starting alot easier. Hope this helps

Thanks for the hint.

The problem was the piston. I disassembled the cylinder assembly, reworked the piston and re-aligned it all.

Now works like a charm. Used up 1 liter of dest. and 1 gas bottle water today :-)
