Thanks, yeah I have heaps of hand held footage from the passenger seat but its rather "shaky". So decided to try putting the camera on top of the control stand, and it works really well.

I can't believe how little the horn is used, here in the states, they blow at every crossing and then some.

You're lucky to get a cab ride like that.
I scored a cab ride on a freight across the Nullarbor about 1983 but I bet you couldn't do that now.
