Randy was a awesome heel, he was that total bad guy getting a group and jumping people/punting peoples heads for no reason. CM Punk did connect with the fans just as good as Jericho when he was doing the whole straight edge thing with Jeff Hardy but Jericho is #1 in my opinion because the way he connected with the fans and his speeches.

Know why all these heel-gimmicks suck? Because each and every single one of them can't get shit done without at least 4 other guys backing them up. It's shitty-writing to have a heel only able to win his matches with rampant cheating and then try to turn him into a face and he can suddenly beat down 3 guys at once by himself. Edge is possibly the best heel since Rock and Stone Cold left. Triple H was a pretty boring repetitive heel. Is there anyone else worth even mentioning? No.
