  • Engineering is brilliant!

  • Does it come with attachments?

  • Woah, that video is really inspirational. It was cool how nonchilant you were about everything and how you just deal with that. Stay strong brothaaa!

  • wow, I've never really seen such an arm in action. Great videos man, I really respect how you manage to get around the daily obstacles.

  • How do you make the hook clamp down? I can't figure it out yet.

  • are you a left handed or a right handed? if you were a right handed, was it hard for you to adapt, and how did you get used to writing with your left hand?

  • Wow. thats pretty awesome!

  • how did you lose your hand?

  • .. hmm i think you didnt mean to reply to my comment. because.. yeah i have my hand.. so im assuming you meant to ask the video guy

  • yes

  • Hey man I'm pretty sure I saw in the news on Yahoo recently some developers came up with an individually finger moving prosthetic hand so this is definitely good news for you and others that definitely deserve a prosthetic with even more functionality. My hope is one day prosthetics are made like the one Luke used in Star Wars after Vader cut off his hand. Something like that will probably be seen one day but not in our life times unfortunately. Ahh well at least advances keep getting made.

  • does it use rechargable batteries? are they integrated? how long can one charge last you?

  • Yep, the battery is internal and charges like a cell phone in about two hours. A charge lasts 1 to 3 days depending on how heavy the usage is.

  • Can you get a circular saw attachment for that thing? That would be cool.

  • lmao, if i was an amputee, once it wasnt a weird thing for me anymore i would totally try to get sillt devices like that :p maybe a kittycat paw instead of that human hand! :p

  • LOL Yeah, I might try something like that, too!:)

  • work on it at Rehab Inst Chicago...

  • All your tips make my cousins life easier. thank you

  • Good to hear, thanks!

  • Looks like the myo-electric prostheses is longer than it should be. Is this because of the space taken up by the motors?

  • Yes, it is longer than I'd like it but it has been made as short as possible. If my arm was shorter there would be more room for componentry.

  • I get how u open and close it now cool like the hand too.

  • Excellent, just excellent. You are a pro!

  • Pretty Damn Cool!
