2008 Cadillac CTS Nav Screen Operation

Slap a cd in and hit "Rec" and it burns the music to the HDD in a couple minutes..

Im looking at an 08 CTS without the Nav. Does anyone know if the screen still pops up like this? I think its very cool, and would be neat just to have to impress people to look through songs! Thanks!

do it pop up weather u have navigation or not cuz i was in one that i thought had navi in it and it did not. I could not make the screen come up. They better show me cuz that might sell the car!

Theres a button on the dash. below the clock on the very left :) hope that helps
