  • The answer is no, and as dr.esselstyn proved that all fats damage endothelium cells and have the potential to damage arteries. No more then 0.6 g of saturated fat may be taken per day, wich is the equivalent of 2 tbsp of flaxseed. Higher amounts of fat will compromise a healthy endothelium
