The missing end bit is where the tribe is gathered and the priest is telling them all that there are no mammoth and the gods are angry with them... stuff like that. He then asks who they should kill to make the gods happy again. At that moment, another guy to the left of shot is eating a chunk of mammoth and says "mmm". The others then grab the kid (geddit?) and put him on the chopping block and that's when the father says to the mother: "Happy now?" "Different enough for you?"
thye missed a later bit of the sketch where they are looking for a sacrifice and one of the tribe leaders is eationg someting and says mmm, i think it explains itself.
