he lost his craft when he moved to Miami. He lost that ruggedness that livin in the hood gives you. That was what made Joe and Pun's styles. when he got away from that and started fuckin wit Storch and the Runners he lost that grittyness. Then his skill completely went to shit.
Because NY itself went downhill and joe got tired of NY getting crap and he went down to miami to start a new life and became richer and joe's been in miami since the 1990's.
