@emekonen I think it's more of a "you get what you give" type thing, they didn't really give him a chance so he felt no need to give them anything. his music is influenced a lot by the bible and god, because that's what he grew up on. Just like some of his work has a lot of medical references; Because as a kid he has said to always being tested on for agent orange in hospitals. In some ways his music is just a reflection of his shitty childhood. But I see your point, everyone can be a hypocrite.

Marilyn Manson is one of my fav singers. I don't agree with some of the songs, but I understand his pain. I believe he is a brilliant person. Eminem is another brilliant song writer. I feel sad for both of them. It's a hard world we live in.

Who the fucckkk cares if you're a motherfuckin christian, Jew, atheist, Muslim, satanist, or whathaveyou; Manson doesn't teach you to worship the devil he teaches you to believe in yourself. His music is a way of punishing the Christians that made him feel terrified as a child, it isn't about god it's about the close minded religious Hippocrates, that means all religions. He just focuses on Christianity because that was what he was brought up on.

It can go both ways, all I said was Manson focused on the religious hypocrites who taught about god and love and then judged and discouraged him, and not only the religious groups, but anyone who stereotypes. I guess I should have been more specific.

@MissAliceHills I think Mr. Manson is kind of hypocritical for generalizing a group of people. While he has some spot on social criticisms, he is clearly biased when it comes to religion and either says things out of anger or to just sell some records.

@emekonen I think it's more of a "you get what you give" type thing, they didn't really give him a chance so he felt no need to give them anything. his music is influenced a lot by the bible and god, because that's what he grew up on. Just like some of his work has a lot of medical references; Because as a kid he has said to always being tested on for agent orange in hospitals. In some ways his music is just a reflection of his shitty childhood. But I see your point, everyone can be a hypocrite.
