  • whenever i try to point my back toe my back knee goes all wobbley and falls to the side it looks so weird i REALLY want to be able to do the splits I JUST CANT but ill keep trying like u said never give up!

  • @gregholmes1974 Alot of people get that - don't start pointing your toes until you have got your splits without any pain

  • one day at school my teacher got on to me at recess because of our hour of recess i did they splits for 30 minutes and then a headstand for 30 minutes!!!! she sent me to the nurse and well the nurse wanted to see me do it so i did LOL

  • @ilyricsxR it doesnt hurt when u do the splits it does tho when u do the excises a bit

  • @ilyricsxR You can do it mostly any age just not toddlers or babies. You usually have to go through the pain to get your splits just keep pushing and trying. But some people are born flexible so it becomes less painful. Just be determined and do stretches each day and go for it! If you are stuck still message me and I promise I will help :)

  • @lindasharonogbonna Not really but just try your best at straightening it if you can't just hold the position with you straightening your leg as much as you can. Or you could just stand further back.

  • I go from like a lunge/stretch and the straighten my back leg as far as it will go then my front leg straightens itself, that's how I get into splits.

  • Nice job! but i wouldn't recomend putting your leg on the wall, well just dont do the splits on the wall without the help of a couch because i did that once about a month ago and pulled my muscle and it still hurts, but overalll nice vid!:)
