  • check out my channel for a great back photo

  • Cutler doesn't even compare to Coleman. Coleman has a way thicker back and his striations are insane. As for form, when you want to shock your muscles with heavy weight you may not see the best form. But when you train you don't go as heavy as you can every time. They both show good form when they are using weight that is not max type weight. Cutler other than his calves will never be in Coleman's league.

  • lmao. "and toke away his crown" haha. true meathead...

  • @kpsx5 That shit was hilarious haha poor guy

  • With obscene amounts of steroids, good form or bad form...it's hard to go wrong. So long as you're "hitting" the muscles they will grow and your recovery happens much faster on the Jizz-use!

  • both are great but do what works for you

  • Well its clear that they werent inspired by arnold...

  • Im a BIG FAN of BOth, But I Have agree with Jay

  • it would also help in real life to know about guns and how to use them properly and other weapons because if your attacker is retarded and leaves his gun on safety i could save you life and your goods

  • if you cant learn them all then i recommend Brazzillian jujitsu for ground and Muay Thai or kick boxing for standing and krav maga for real life

  • and i would recommend specilizing in as many martial arts and skills as you can

that way along with the right muscle build your punch should be able to knock

your opponent to the ground head first in the first or second round of the fight

  • you guys are right about the form butttttt if your punch cant damage your opponent

in the ring with no dirty tricks allowed then you'll either sprain your wrist of get your head pounded to the floor with one hard hit but personally i think that the perfect fighter would have reasonably sized triceps and very well built forearms as well as strong 300 or 400 lb crush grip and MOST IMPORTANTLY A VERY WELL BUILT UP BACK MUSCLES that will support/increase your speed/strengh BIG BICEPS DONT DO SCRACH

  • Yes I too am amazed by their terrible form. You see it in the old Arnold videos too. Using your whole body, rocking, jerking, quick reps why the hell do they do that? These guys do this for a living why are they doing that? They could suffer career ending injuries with their techniques. Does anyone know any advantage to lifting like that?

  • .ronnie is strong as hell.....DAMN !

  • Song Name??? pls

  • @Bootyhunter223 are you fucking kidding me? i didnt know someone at under 5'10'' can be 265-70, 3% bodyfat.

    dumbass.

  • when you get this big and developed.. using extremely heavy weight with dangerous form (improper) isnt detrimental to them, unless injury occurs. im sure when they first started it was all about form (which they say is still important but not even they utilize it now) but ultimately for them now it comes down to training, and a lot steroid/hormone usage. the only way they get bigger now is straight from drugs. not more volume training or less volume, more weight or less weight.. its the drugs.

  • press the #4 multiple times for the guy to jack oiff

  • I know that these guy's have killed them self's to get in the shape they are and have a great diet too, but man i would never use this form with my weights which by the way is no where near the weight they are lifting or could lift with good form. Like i said tho they are huge and it works for them so props.

  • pros or cheaters.. .?

  • I'm intrigued by the fact that the biggest bodybuilders in the world use the worst possible form.

  • @royorbitol try a proper form with that mutch weight. form is important at the beginning, if you reach that size its not that important anymore.

  • @royorbitol yea I believe form is not so good and does not have good advantages. the reasons they have the wors form is because of this folks: LIFT HEAVY ASS weight and thats it! youl grow no matter what because it doesnt fucking amtter how you do it , if you lift these heavy ass weight off the ground you will grow nuff said

  • @royorbitol

Lol, true, but at the end of the day, the only thing that matters are the results xP. Some people just know how to avoid an injury and personalize their workouts to suit their body only.

  • learn English bro. u suck

  • I THOUGH THIS KIND OF EXERCISE SHOWING ON THE VIDEO, IS WRONG,THEY LOOK TOO TIRED,AND THEY ARE USE TOO MUCH WEIGHT,I DON T KNOW,IS JUST MY OPINION,EXCELLENT VIDEO BY THE WAY,"THANKS FOR UPLOAD"

  • haha is it me or is it BIG Z the basketball player in the back ground at 1.52 ?

  • what do they say on the end of the vid pls? sound doesnt work..

  • the start looks like a shitti starwars introduction!!!

  • Have these guys been taking horse hormons or something?

    - Shit looks nasty!

  • jay-best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • bodybuilding to me is not about what everyone thinks of me ,its nice to hear, but its about what i think , picturing the physique and knowing what u want will lay out the path. its a lifestyle thats just as hard as persuing a degree because its ur body 24/7 requires every second for manipulation

  • Thats really only possible with roids.

  • The older the footage of Ronnie Coleman the better he looked. He had a classic look when he started.

  • STOP HATING FAGS!!! SHUT UP AND TRAIN!!

  • @mcsugarboi @3rogueS @pureefficient you dont know shit. these guys are professionals and OBVIOUSLY are doing it right because theyre probably 100x bigger and stronger than you will EVER be and ya maybe their form wasnt PERFECT but you try deadlifting 800 pounds and see if your form doesnt mess up a little. also, i dont know about jay cutler, ronnie coleman IS NOT on steroids

  • @BadCommentFairy rofl!!!!!! Ronnie coleman is not on steriods? Is that some sort of bad joke? Thanks for the laughs hahahaha

  • @BadCommentFairy Yeah and Arnold didn't win with out the use of steroids either right? Wow you really need to take a phys. Ed class.

  • i like the way ronnie do the lats pull down, and in front look i like jay cutler bcos his body is more wider than ronnie....

  • ronnie coleman is more strong

  • these guys are monsters they do this for a living

  • hubpages com/hub/Developing-An-Awe-Inspiring-Back

  • i agree bad form and most the time bad form dont work nothing just makes u hot and stressed i should know

  • seriously, these techniques would never be allowed in a gym that stressed and enforced propper form, this video demonstrates improper and perhaps dangerous form to the novice

  • @3rogueS i wrote a longgg reply saying how much of an idiot you are but deleted it because i decided not even to waste my time with you

  • @mikeLeC123 @mikeLeC123 In my sports medicine classes,do you think i would have received a pass or fail if i demonstrated these exercises, exactly as in this video? That was rhetorical,as these narcissists performing these exercise are clearly using bad and/or dangerous form.I would probably would have been kicked from school if i said i was going to train folks in this way.

  • @3rogueS I perfectly agree... These exercises, the way they are done, are dangerous and can cause critical injuries...

  • and notice all the bad form, it;s ok though, they have that silent partner.

  • Thats just steriods. any human can acheive massive size. although ronnie and cutler are the biggest rivals in history. they do use steriods. sad they were my role models. O well ill still keep bodybuilding its what i was ment for. age 14.

  • To the person who MADE this video: learn how to spell!

  • i cant believe that's a human arm

  • they seem to have quite bad form

  • ultragenetic+steroids

  • I knocked out jay

  • there is no soud lol so can some 1 tell me hat jay cutler says at the end ?

  • I've never been a Cutler fan. I just never got behind him. As for Coleman, he was always one of my favorite bodybuilders, but I must say Surge Nubret is the best of all time in my book

  • wow this isnt good at all, they swing has fuck !!!!!!

  • lern sum fukeen inglesh

  • steroids

  • but workout to...

  • YEAH BUT STILL STEROIDS

  • You can't get ripped by taking steroids

    Exercise is always needed

  • Why do you feel the need to state the obvious? Of course he's on AAS - who cares. Do you reckon you could look like that with all the drugs in the world? I'll give you a hint - the answer is no.

  • Cutler should do his reps a bit lighter cause he is trowing his body in every rep he makes so the weight is t heavy. Coleman is still the KING !

  • Ronnie had better form in his movements and better control. Not so much jerking of the body to get the weight up and also had full range of movement.

  • Ronnie will always be king. Cutler doesnt put the same heart to it, therefor did only win because ronnie is 40 + :P

  • Ronnie is great but after i got hold of BOTH of their dvds jay is the one who lives n breaths the lifestyle eating fish eggs porridge etc whilst Ronnie was going into the steak house most nights and eating fries n lemonade etc so i think Ronnie has rolled with his magic genetics for yrs, but jay has worked even harder ! and honestly i couldn't give a shit who wins but after coming 2nd for yrs jay now has earned his respect.

  • That video of Ronnie was filmed around his offseason training, where diet is not as strict. Yeah Jay seems to be way more strict with his diet year round. But if you watch Ronnie's Unbelievable vid, he's much more strict with his diet since he's like 5 weeks out from the O.

  • No it wasn't filmed around off-season !

  • Yes it was. His Unbelievable vid was 5 weeks out from the 2001 O, weighing at around 275-280. The other you are refering to is The Cost of Redemption, filmed during the offseason, where he's weighing around 315-320. Just look it up.

  • ronnie is king

  • lmao of 3:13, coleman is such a beast, that he has to add additional weights onto the lat pull down machine XD

  • ive neva in the history of bodybuildin or powerlifting seen somebody like ronnie coleman. I honestly cant see myself being dat big but wow this guy mustve put a lot of work there is no one on his level.

  • Ronnie has the best back of all time. But you have to admit that Cutler's back has improved so much over the years. From this video, it looks like it may be due to him using Coleman style workouts, lol.

  • they're both shit compared to david henry...

  • Dude david is scrawny compared to ronnie

  • Yeah man. Henry is like half the size of Ronnie. His back is ripped and wide, but way waaaaaayy smaller in comparison to Coleman.

  • yea, theres no denying that, but if you look at his height and measurments compared to ronnie's he's about the same size, and waaaaaay more defined. guys like henry get screwed because of thier height. look at lee priest. little dude, but had the same measurements as most of the guys who were 6-8" taller.

  • ur so right DAVID HENRY HAS THE BEST BACK!

  • Ive already tried, I AGREE, the best back training.

  • why is one hand overgrip and the other undergrip?

  • Try the same excercise with undergrip hand and tell me if you feel confortable.

  • @akabigron can you explain me why allot of guys do that with there hands i mean underhandcrip and overhandcrip dosent that train difren sides means you gotta switch or something

  • It's easier to hold heavier weight with this kind of grip. In this way it kind-of locks your grip around the bar and makes it less likely to roll out of your hands.

  • @SuranGT09 actualy on most lifts undergrip is not isolating the muscle, you use more bicep that way, if you over grip it isolates the back more, but i recommend alternating to get the full range

  • @SuranGT09 its also so the bar doesnt roll and you drop it

  • learn to spell....get off the juice

  • JaY CutleR !!!

  • i think both should retire....

  • That white dude tanned himself into a black man!

  • hahah cool

  • My way is the best! Both of them are doing wrong. Biceps must NOT work at all during all back training. Then you grow big back. Ofcourse when roids is used then back grows but that´s mostly water pumped in.

  • HAHAHA!! You see how Ronnie out grew the front pull down machine so he hooks a 45 Ib weight on it? Damn freak

  • heidtmanmail.

jay doesn't lift 800. it's less than that, that's why he can lift it 6 times ;_)

  • imagine how small there steroid fueled dicks are lol so are all these workouts good for ur back muscles yeah?

  • why?

  • yeh now lets see someone in the mma deadlift 800lbs HAAHAH!

  • @YoungJeezy333 Why would I need too... when a heavy weight MMA fighter can deliver a 1000 pound at a 3rd of a sec.

  • @YoungJeezy333

Ask any of the 265lb'ers. I'm sure Lesnar and Carwin can easily deadlift 800lbs. But you're stupid if you think MMA is about big lifts. You don't want to lift heavy with low reps in MMA, you want to lift semi heavy with short bursts (that's 2-3 reps, FYI). This develops strength needed for strikes and take downs. You shouldn't talk about things you don't know, makes you look like an idiot.

  • @pojo205 wow pojo ur a fucking jackass!!!

haha what u just wrote made me fucking laugh!!!

  • @pojo205 jeezy if you watch the training for brock you will see most mma fighter do high rep to build stamina, they do a time scale. they will do some exercise for aminute and then switch to something else for 1 minute and so on. lesnar for instance flips a tire for one minute the rides and bike and does several exericises for 5 mins takes a small break tand then starts over, not saying they dont ever heavy lift, you shouldnt talk about things you dont know, makes you look like an idiot

  • @YoungJeezy333 yeah sure dude but guys in mma ain't about roids and planning there next cycle...they train to fight not who can lift the heaviest

  • @YoungJeezy333

yeah but lets see a oversized gorilla do martial arts... lol they are impressive but i don't see a point in being that big.

  • @YoungJeezy333 what are u trying 2 say ?

  • @YoungJeezy333 deadlifting 800lbs does not make you a good fighter you moron

  • It was abaut the 2 great's .. speelliinngg? hwo the fuck cares anymorrre!? smart-ass or just ass

  • "but later a MEN with the body..." "and TOKE away his crown" "by observing THERE best" ... okay that's enough. Whoever made this, go get a real high school diploma.

  • Hahahhah

  • SO FUNNY NIGGAAAA

  • This video would be a lot more dramatic and awesome if you didn't misspell every other word in the introduction.

  • true

  • heavy,is best to build mass of course, contraction....well, thats why jay comes second =D

  • king coleman all the way

  • the set before the one they show here of him doin 800 for 2 reps he did the same wieght for like 6 they just got the worse of the two

  • Did anyone catch those spelling mistakes on the intro? hahahaha

  • HAHAHAHA

  • they both have the same theory - ronnie;"good form" jay;"focus on contraction".

Btw look at Jay pussying around in the sterile pussy joint, while coleMAN doin hardcore rocky-style in the bad ass joint:-!

  • name of song????!!! PLEASE

  • Black Serenade by slayer. Not theyre best album check out Diabolus in Musica, one of my fav slayer albums

  • lol.jay shouldn't go tanning he looks funny being reddish brown lol

  • That dude is a freak! He is white but he puts colors his skin or something. All he needs is tail and a lance!

  • that was so true what jay said "always focus on contraction rather than weight, that has always been my theory but..sometimes i just lift trucks up without focusing on contraction.."

  • how bad was that spelling at the start? dummy

  • hell yea

  • FUCK OFF

  • you fuck off dummy

  • Lol dude "dummy". Lol.

  • @akabigron dont get mad

  • @jamesykt69 hahah fuckin right

  • looks like ther shaggin th barbell wen they do th t bar rows lol

  • though there form isn't the best, they're the best in the world at what they do, so give them credit for that because you sure as fuck can't compete with their size

  • Who gives a fuck about how good their form is?If your muscles are moving weight, that's the stimulus they need to grow. I'd like to see one of you peter puffing pencil necks tell Ronnie Coleman he should use better form.

  • Yea they dont really have great form, at least from this vid.

  • whats this song called it was great

  • black serenade by slayer

  • You just gotta find what feels and works best for you.

  • GO JAY!

  • jay cutler's forms aren't really as great compared to ronnie

  • They both work, so use whichever.

  • then fuck your self

  • lol

  • don't listen 2 that kinda bs, your vid was great. thanks for uploading :)

  • I think the highest intensity you can muster is best.

  • Dont they have a job ? ...

  • Lefting weights all day, and eeting hamburgers all day IS a job

I personally know eeting hamburgers all day is a hard job, try it sometime

  • lol

  • they actualy only workout an hour a day 5 days a week and the rest is nutrition

  • Dat's RIGHT -- nutrition, hamburgers in PILL form. A dozen half-dozen White Castle's 3 times a day. And workout yer bank muslces 10 minutes a day. You will have no neck soon.

And if the white weightlifters come to Phoenix AZ in the 115 degree heat, they will smell like cooking hamburgers. And the blacks will smell like fried chicken. You walk AND bake at the same time.

The bad english is laughable in the beginning of the clip. But the clip is good knowledge. You DON'T suck.

  • good words

  • Damn, I really wanna eat a hamburger now. Damn you! It's 1:27 AM and McDonald's closed.

I'll just have to chug down that fuckin cottage cheese instead of a tasty hamburger.
