This is a helpful discussion. I believe the stated purpose serves well as the 'mission statement' for OpenAgile. There's an urge to rewrite the mission statement and it seems to me that urge exists only because newcomers (me included) are interested in getting more specific - that is, many newcomers are searching for a statement that helps to either 'sell' the OpenAgile concept or to inform how it intends to achieve its purposed mission. Could the next video include case studies - the 'how'?
Funny ending, especially the typo on the ending credit! Still, pretty good considering it's only a second draft of our presentation. Please comment on how this could be improved and we will re-do it!!!!
