walmart is cheaper but target is less ghetto. giant families flock to walmart because of prices while, people with more exposable incomes and single people flock to target to avoid the terrible overcrowding of walmart.

but if there is anything that beats both stores its Amazon. That is what college people love.

Retail is a tough and competitive career, so the "I hate my job" crowd, I can't really address - It's just the way it's gonna' be. For bottom lines, Wal-Mart is the winner. For quality of life, Target is the winner.

I see no difference in the quality of there products. Yes Target is cleaner and doesn't have annoying old people when you walk in. But I know a few people including myself who were turned down for a job at Target when they were reportedly looking for people, none of use even got an interview, I have a friend who desperately needed a job and looked for almost three months before finally getting one at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is lower prices, there better, end of story.

Ok i) Target is more clean then any walmart could ever be. 2) our core rules at target is can i help you find something? I do go to wal mart when there no target around and have never been asked that 3) every ailse is a disaster at wal stuff on the floor. LOL I work at Target. I hate it it's so fake. BUTTTTTTTTT I think it kicks Walmart's ass any day. I'd rather someone really not care but be fake and help me find my shit than walk around aimlessly while Walmart employees act like I'm in their way. And at Target we have 1+1 (you Target employees know what I'm talking about) so I wait about 20 minutes less in line. And the prices are cheaper or the same as Walmart and much cleaner and friendlier. And I'm not trailer trash so I won't go to Walmart.
