@IronfistedPriest well yes but if you don't have a very large terrain of grass for example australian cattle in the desert you can have this supplement of grains and a little of vegetables and they sell it for kilos i mean, because in here, in mexico it's the kilo hope i solved your doubt :)

It is in Australia, there are about 1500 cows in the first mob and they are kelpies and border collies.
