@fanofbieber102 it depends. go to google images then type in american girl doll hospital form then print it out then fill out what you want them to do to your doll. then send her in the mail. the form comes with a lable to tape to the outside of the box. it's the adress lable

@anniemarie88 i know but u either need a hair pick or just use ur fingers :) thats pretty much how to manage the hair like if u have a hair pick u can use that to make it curlyer or just use ur fingers :) shes retired now though so i was the last one to get her cause i got her --> Dec. 31 so i was amazed she would come:D I'll make a vid all about her :)
