AT 0:29 - 0:33 YOU TAKE THE "SINGLE COLUMN MARQUEE TOOL" AND YOU CHOOSE IT ON THE SCREEN LIKE HE DID AND THEN PRESS CRTL + T .

However basic this may be, you should still do the right things. For one, keep the text small and simple, not big, shadowed, etc. It really overwhelms the whole signature otherwise. Check my tutorial if you're not sure what i mean.

@ClownDK Yes. It's the line marquee tool.

Basically get the line marquee tool, select a part on the render, paste it on a new layer and transform it by dragging the handle bars on the selection.

The tool is found by right clicking the rectangle marquee tool in the tool bar.
