I dont think people realise just how difficult it is to correct a mistake like that(EVEN if you are a professional) and to pick up in time to the music again..she is still the best!!
Salinero still can not stand still for the greeting; not one second ! For the salute the rules are saying : unmorbility ; absolutly NO MOVING ! Salinero is soooo nervous; the underneck so tied. Maybe bc Anky is always hanging with the reins in his mouth ? Her upperbody is so far behind the vertikel; she is always pushing her horses. Poor Salinero ! He is such a super horse !!
Why doesn't he ever stand still? And I think he lost a lot of his elasticity, especially his extended trot lacks impulse frombehind. Great horse, but I wish they had kept him a little fresher and less robotic over the years.

amanda - i agree! Satchmo and Salinero cannot be compared. Theyre both top horses and the one that wins is the one that performs the best on that day. Salinero has proven to be the best in the world by winning 2 olympics, so i think its very unfair for isabel to say that about salinero, when she knows damn well Anky beat her very easily!
She is such a professional correcting him so quietly without making a big deal. Im a bit pissed that isabel can come second at the olympics with a bigger mistake than this, and anky comes third for this mistake. By all means she didnt deserve 1st for this, but i think the judges like isabel more sometimes!
