tbh even though this film was crap,ive always had a soft spot for it..for me JoHN Travolta is a hit and miss actor...I liked blow out,Grease,Pulp fiction,face/off and loved snfever,a couple more flicks from the 90s were good,but seriously Two of a kind,Battlefield earth amongst others were just dire. It annoys me how much he ruined his career,what was he thinking turning down American Gigolo and an officer and a gentleman,in order to make other trash.

@ElizaMogha Absolutely certain. His part in Staying Alive was uncredited, so wouldn't be on I.M.D.B but it is on his film credits on the DVD extras of Donnie Darko. I've also verified it on various other sites. Patrick Swayze also mentions his role in Staying Alive in his Autobiography. He does look very different as a young man, you have to remember that Staying Alive was filmed in 1983 though!
