OK Everyone. Here is the answer to your Mobile Terminal not popping up. Its because you are running iOS 4. To Fix This: 1: Go to Cydia 2: Go to Manage 3: Go to Sources 4: Edit - Add 5: For the URL: YourCydiaRepo. 6: Add Source 7: Let Cydia do its Thing. After its done... 8: Go Back to Sources 9: Click on "Your Cydia Repo" 10: Download Mobile Terminal Now your done. This should work for all iOS 4 users. Thumbs Up so everyone can share in the joy!!!!!

@l3gitjailbr3aks I was able to ssh to the device, removed everything in the partial folder and removed any bad sources in cydia.list, but cydia would still get stuck in downloading packages under changes when i refresh. But now i have a bigger problem,after rebooting my device, blackra1n wouldn't unlock it. I see Geohot's face for a few seconds, then it would reboot again. I tried restoring it to 3.0 using redsn0w, still no go. Any suggestions?
